First Aid

Prepare for the unexpected with first aid training from Safety First Health. CPR

Safety First Health delivers Red Cross approved CPR training designed for the way you live, and learn. With options available on weekdays and weekends, plus online, in-person and blended Simulation Learning courses, you can get the CPR training you need on your schedule. And with world-class instruction, no matter which type of course you take, you'll gain the skills and confidence necessary to perform this life-saving procedure when it's needed most.

AED

Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, at any time. With Safety First Health Red Cross Red Cross approved AED and CPR training, you can learn when – and how – to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Our CPR/AED courses are developed and taught by experts with decades of combined experience – and deliver simple-to-use techniques and information that can help you save a life. Training is available via our award-winning online classes through our innovative blended Simulation Learning, which combines online coursework with an in-person skills session, so you can learn your way and on your schedule.

Private classes

Private Class Instructions

In addition to regularly scheduled classes during the year, we will be offering on demand private blended classes. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DATE YOU WISH HAS AN AVAILABLE INSTRUCTOR BEFORE ORDERING A CLASS. This is done by emailing safetyfirsthealth@gmail.com and confirming the date availability. There will be a fee imposed if you order a class and are not able to attend. We are always happy to arrange private classes.

Purchase up to seven additional attendees.
